Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

4 green bell peppers

1 pkg Quorn grounds

1 bag Success rice

1/2 onion, diced

dash of garlic powder

salt & pepper

1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

1/2 c. ketchup or BBQ sauce, divided

1/4 c. water

Clean peppers, removing seeds and membrane.  Place in a 9×13 pan.  Make Success rice and let cool enough to handle.  Mix rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, shredded cheese 1/4 c. ketchup in bowl.  Fill peppers and set in pan.  Mix 1/4 c. ketchup with 1/4 c. water.  Drizzle into bottom of pan.  Cover and bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
